How to break a noodle addiction?
For some reason Im totaly adicted to chinese noodles, just the plain kind you buy dry and boil at home. I love all the egg, plain and spinach varietys. How can i stop this addiction im eating WAY too much!? Thx for all the suggestions, I know it does sound rediculous. I'm going to go on a 2 week noodle free diet as some ones suggested, I'll start tomorow so I'm going to finish off this last packet tonight- think of something nasty when you eat them
- I feel your pain. This is radical, but it works! Go buy "spaghetti squash" at the store. It's named that way because it really is like spaghetti! It's a huge, oblong yellow squash. Once prepared, you will be amazed how it satisfies your addiction, and it's a healthy vegetable, not a salty carb! Prepare like so: Spaghetti Squash I "The flesh of spaghetti squash comes out in long strands, very much resembling the noodles for which it is named. In this recipe, the 'noodles' are tossed with vegetables and feta cheese. You can subs ute different vegetables, but be sure to use ones that have contrasting colors. " INGREDIENTS 1 spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1 / 2 cups chopped tomatoes 3 / 4 cup crumbled feta cheese 3 tablespoons sliced black olives 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 175 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Place spaghetti squash cut sides down on the prepared baking sheet, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a sharp knife can be inserted with only a little resistance. Remove squash from oven, and set aside to cool enough to be easily handled. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, and cook only until tomatoes are warm. Use a large spoon to scoop the stringy pulp from the squash, and place in a medium bowl. - Oh those answers are so much fun! UGH!. Unless you are eating a good healthy bran or wheat noodles - you are doing nothing but taking in the bad carbs. they make simple sugars in the body. and you know where that goes. Try broth!? Maybe you like the flavoring better than the noodles? check out your own tastes!

- NA and not narcotics anonymous, or carb support haha. no seriously, the more you eat the more you want so just quit cold turkey and start eating other foods or cut back on noodles and eat a fraction of the portion

- smash some potatoes add potato flour never normal flour! because it will be horrible and then fry on the pan wth onion
